Find a glass bottle with a secure top/cap

Fill with Coarse Salt

Add 10 drops or so of your favorite essential oil or a mix .

Seal and shake the bottle

Apparently an Amber Glass Bottle is best as the brown color protects the contents from light and the glass won’t interact with any contents.

Eucalyptus Oil for easy breathing (my favorite), Lavender for relaxation, Frankincense for focus and you will know your own favorites
